Brazilian Baby Dancing Samba Part 1 and 2.mp4

This just makes everything all right. I fail to be in a bad mood now!

The Cock Crows 3 times in Hooterville

This morning I shipped the kids onto the church bus promptly at 7:35 am. I avoid church people at all cost. However the kids need some kind of exposure to them and their brood. Later on they can decide for themselves to choose a path. But until then they should be glad I didn’t pick that crazy snake pit church, or a TV church where you can buy a prayer cloth for $5. Look just because my kids are Baptist doesn’t mean I have to be!

Call me crazy but I feel closer to God when I’m helping others. I know it’s very uncharacteristic of me I know, but hear me out. I help people by making fun of them. I ridicule them so much that I begin to feel guilty. The guilt drives me into action. Before you know it I’m putting 50 cents in to the Salvation Army bucket, feeling all the better about myself for about 5 minutes. Honestly we can all do more, but I don’t want to be labeled as “commie”or Obama mama. Is it wrong to support ideas or programs that help everybody not just the super rich?

What’s wrong with taking pride in your neighborhood? Other countries they have neighborhood holidays and celebrations. When was the last time you went to a block party and wasn’t shot at? Have we lost interest in others and are increasingly becoming more self centered? Pretty much. It’s easier to build a virtual community than a physical community. I’m not poo-pooing here just blah blah blahing. I like myself, too much. Think about your neighborhood and imagine your quality of life if everyone gave a shit. From the projects, apartments, townhouses ,condos, or piss stained doorways pretend that we were on board to care about our hood.
I live in Hooterville and proud of it, even if no one else is at the moment.
